The Capel Island Restaurant is located with stunning views of Youghal Bay. Executive chef, Kieran O’Shaughnessy, provides guests with a delicious selection of locally sourced produce, all prepared in-house to ensure the very best quality.
From starters, such as Smoked Salmon with Ardsallagh goats cheese roulade and red pepper & tomato salsa, to scrumptious mains, like the Poached Monkfish Medallions & Tiger Prawns with a lemon and chive beurre blanc or Pan Seared Duck Breast with celeriac puree & crème de cassis reduction - there is sure to be something to suit all tastes.
The Restaurant is located on the second floor of the Quality Hotel. On the horizon, Capel Island, after which the restaurant is named can be seen on the horizon. It's a perfect setting for a romantic dinner, family gatherings, reunions and social nights out.
