Hotel Booking Policy
Hotel Policy for bookings and cancellations
From 3pm for Hotel bedrooms.
From 4.00 pm to 5 pm for Holiday Homes & Apartments.
Guests are welcome to use the Hotel & Leisure facilities prior to check-in should your accommodation not be ready for you on arrival. Please contact hotel reception on arrival for wristbands.
10.00 am for Holiday Homes
11.00 am for Apartments.
12.00 noon for Hotel Bedrooms
Late checkouts are subject to a surcharge of €20 per hour.
All rates quoted are subject to availability and change.
On-line bookings – the booking deposit which is taken at the time of the booking is non-refundable . The initial booking deposit will show as “Net Affinity, Dublin” on your credit card statement.
Addition Deposits & Cancellations:
- All Weekly Bookings require a deposit of €250 (this in addition to the booking fee charged at time of booking) The hotel will contact you directly to secure this deposit. This amount is non-refundable & non-transferable securing the dates you required on booking. 4 Weeks prior to arrival – 50% payment is non-refundable. 1 week or less before arrival – 100% payment is non-refundable
- Peak Holiday Period Bookings – (1 to 5 night stays). A deposit of the 1st nights stay (this in addition to the booking fee charged at time of booking) will be required to secure the dates booked - the hotel will contact you directly to secure this deposit.This is non refundable & non-transferable. Peak Holiday Periods denotes all Schools Holidays, peak weekends, Summer bookings, any additional dates with special events.
- All other bookings – (non-holiday periods). 48 hour cancellation policy – please contact the hotel directly to cancel your booking if not a peak holiday date.
All Holiday Home bookings require a Damage / Security Deposit to be paid on arrival, in addition to full payment of your accommodation costs. This is to cover any damage to the property or the contents or to protect us in the event of their being anti-social behaviour A charge of €250 applies – this can be paid by a pre-authorisation on a Credit Card, Debit Card payment or Cash payment. This amount is refunded to you following an inspection of the property on departure.
It is the policy to request two forms of ID in check-in. If the accommodation has been booked with a credit card – this card may be required to present at the time of check-in.
