Hotel Policy on check in

 Check-in times: 
From  3 pm for hotel bedrooms 
From 4.00 to 5 pm for holiday homes and apartments.


Check-out times: 
11.00 am hotel rooms and apartments
10.00 am for holiday homes

 Guests are welcome to use the Hotel facilities & Leisure facilities prior to check-in. Please contact hotel reception on arrival.

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept pets in our hotel, holiday homes or apartments. This is for health and safety reasons. We can recommend boarding kennels nearby.

Reservation Terms and Conditions.   

All rates quoted are subject to availability and change.



  • The booking deposit which is taken at the time of booking is non-refundable. The booking deposit will show as 'Net Affinity, Dublin' on your credit card statement.
  • The remaining charge is payable to the hotel upon arrival by cash / Laser / Debit Card, alternatively a Credit Card can be taken to secure the amount due.
  • Cancellations can only be implemented by phoning or faxing Quality Hotel Youghal directly.
  • On booking, guests are advised to save the confirmation number they receive.


Booking deposit:
All Weekly Bookings require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of €250. The card provided for booking will be used to secure this deposit and guarantees the accommodation for the dates you require.  The hotel will contact you directly to secure this amount to confirm you booking and dates.

Peak Holiday Period Bookings (1 to 5-night stays). A deposit to the value of the first nights’ accommodation will secure your booking and guarantee your dates for you. The hotel will contact you directly to confirm you booking and dates. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

All Other Bookings, (non-holiday periods). The card used at the time of booking will be used to secure the value of the first nights’ accommodation as a deposit, and to guarantee this accommodation and dates for you.  The hotel will contact you to secure this amount.  

All deposits must be paid to confirm accommodation

Holiday Home Security Damage Deposit:
There is a Security Damage Deposit payable on check-in of €250 for all Holiday Home Bookings - this can be paid by a pre-authorisation on a Credit Card / Laser payment / Debit Card Payment or cash.  This is fully refundable following an inspection of the house by Housekeeping on departure.


While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all material on the Quality Hotel Youghal website, Quality Hotel Youghal does not accept direct, indirect or consequential liability for loss or damage due any errors or omissions.



Charges For Additional Services

  • Extra Towel Pack – (Bath Towel & Hand Towel) €2.50
  • Extra Linen - €30.00 per house and €20.00 per apartment
  • In addition to the FREE mini service for guests staying over 3 nights, a full cleaning service, including fresh bed linen and towels, is available upon request for an additional charge of  €80.00
  • A €1.00 charge is applicable for towels in the Leisure Centre
  • Additional Cot €10.00
